Our History
Almasih Christian School was built by faith and through the grace of God. Starting in the 1960s, Dr. Samuel Budhi founded Gereja Pantekosta Isa Almasih (GPIA). It serves as a foundation, a vessel for people to gather to praise and worship the name of God.
Through the 70s and the beginning of the 80s, Dr. Samuel Budhi recognised the importance of educating and nurturing a new generation to have Christian values and become a servant of God. Thus, he decided to build and orphanage and eventually, Almasih Christian School.

On 1986, Almasih Christian School started only as a Kindergarten, executing the vision of educating and nurturing a generation from an early age. However, to accommodate the graduating students, we eventually grow to have an Elementary School, which then eventually also became a Junior High School and Senior High School.
Now as the future is upon us, Almasih Christian School is fully dedicated to providing a holistic and faith-based education. Amidst the rapid changes that exist today, our goal remains with our core values, to produce future leaders with Christian values who serve God, their peers, and the Republic of Indonesia
